1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Blueprint Academic Studio's website and tutoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including students, parents, and guardians.

2. Description of Services

Blueprint Academic Studio provides peer-to-peer tutoring services for middle school and high school students. Our services include one-on-one tutoring sessions, small group sessions, test preparation, and academic mentoring in subjects including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, Computer Science, English, and SAT/ACT preparation.

3. Eligibility

Our tutoring services are designed for students in grades 6 through 12. Students under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian consent to use our services. By booking a session, the parent or guardian confirms they have reviewed and agreed to these terms on behalf of their student.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Sessions are scheduled through our website contact form or scheduling system. We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in scheduling restrictions. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling requests.

5. Payment and Fees

Pricing for tutoring sessions will be communicated prior to the start of services. Payment terms, including any applicable fees, will be agreed upon between Blueprint Academic Studio and the parent/guardian. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Conduct and Expectations

All participants are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during sessions. Blueprint Academic Studio reserves the right to discontinue services to any student or family that engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate conduct. Our tutors are committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment.

7. Academic Integrity

Blueprint Academic Studio supports academic learning and integrity. Our tutors will not complete homework, assignments, or exams on behalf of students. We provide guidance, explanations, and practice to help students develop their own understanding and skills.

8. Limitation of Liability

Blueprint Academic Studio provides tutoring services on a best-effort basis. While we strive to help every student improve, we do not guarantee specific grades, test scores, or academic outcomes. Our tutors are high school students sharing their knowledge and experience, not licensed educators.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
